Our modern factory building, and facilities cover an area of 35000 square meters. With 400 well trained employees, including 65 senior technical and management personnel.
We are equipped with advanced equipment and automatic vacuum production lines, such as tailless vacuum furnace、automatic production line、Injection molding machine、Automatic power coating line, electrostatic spraying/screen printing/heat transfer. We have a production capacity of 35000 PCS per day while maintaining the highest quality standard through our on-site lab tests and AQL process.
To assure the management system and quality standard meeting requirements of our customers, we full import of the 6s management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and engaged in continuous improvement programs for Quality Assurance in addition to being ISO9001. We also work hard on protecting our customers’ patented design promptly and effectively.
